Apple’s attention to details

Apple just updated the firmware of iPhone and iTouch to 2.1. I have noticed big improvements on stability and a more “fluid” interface; not to forget a huge difference in the time it takes to backup the device in iTunes.. Today I found a cool little new feature that just goes to show how much attention Apple pays to details. The podcast window in iPhone/iTunes now shows a small icon next to half watched podcasts. Very practical for me as an avid podcast watcher.:-)

I’ve enjoyed Apple for sometime, they produce products that is aesthetically beautiful while working like a charm. That can’t be said about alot of companies, it’s typically one or the other. Companies don’t usually take aesthetics seriously like Apple. With that being said I’ve got to say that I’m anxious about the new Tablet. One thing I question though, is it too soon? I’m afraid that this may be ahead of our time. What do you think?
